Change settings for an individual card
In the Expend web app, open the sidebar menu, go to CARDS & PAYMENTS, and click Expend Cards.
Find the card you want to manage, and click the ⚙ (Card Security Settings) button on the right.
Turn the required settings on or off. Changes are applied immediately.
Click the Close button when you are done.
Admin Enable card (Expend Visa card only)
You can lock an individual card without the cardholder being able to override this.
In the Expend web app, open the sidebar menu, go to CARDS & PAYMENTS, and click Expend Cards.
Find the card you want to lock, and click the ⚙ (Card Security Settings) button on the right.
Go to Admin Enable card and click the switch to set it to the OFF position.
The card is locked and the cardholder will not be able to unlock it. It can only be unlocked by a user with the Admin role.
To unlock the card, follow the same steps, but set the Admin Enable card switch to the ON position.
Change settings for all cards in your organisation (Expend Visa card only)
In the Expend web app, open the sidebar menu, go to CARDS & PAYMENTS, and click Expend Cards.
On the Expend Visa Cards tab, click Cards Security Settings at the top right of the page.
Turn the required settings on or off. Changes are applied to all cards in the organisation.
ℹ️ It may take a few seconds for the updated settings to reflect in individual cards’ settings. You may need to refresh the Expend Cards page before seeing the changes reflected in the settings of individual cards.
