If a card has been lost or stolen, it can be locked to prevent it from being used for any transactions. You can lock a card on the Expend dashboard.
Locking a card
Go to app.expend.io and sign in with your Expend account details.
Click Cards in the menu on the left.
Find the lost card and click the ⚙ (Card Security Settings) button in the lower right corner.
Click the Enable card setting so that it slides to the OFF position.
Click Close. The card is shown as Locked.
Unlocking a card
Go to app.expend.io and sign in with your Expend account details.
Click Cards in the menu on the left.
Find the card and click the ⚙ (Card Security Settings) button in the lower right corner.
Click the Enable card setting so that it slides to the ON position.
Click Close. The card is shown as Active.
Cancelling a lost card
If you are certain that the physical card won’t be found, you can cancel the card. Please see the following article: Cancel an Expend card
