What to do if an Expend card gets lost (and what to do when it gets found as well)

If a card has been lost or stolen, it can be locked to prevent it from being used for any transactions. You can lock a card on the Expend dashboard.

Locking a card

  1. Go to app.expend.io and sign in with your Expend account details.

  2. Click Cards in the menu on the left.

  3. Find the lost card and click the โš™ (Card Security Settings) button in the lower right corner.

  4. Click the Enable card setting so that it slides to the OFF position.

  5. Click Close. The card is shown as Locked.

Unlocking a card

  1. Go to app.expend.io and sign in with your Expend account details.

  2. Click Cards in the menu on the left.

  3. Find the card and click the โš™ (Card Security Settings) button in the lower right corner.

  4. Click the Enable card setting so that it slides to the ON position.

  5. Click Close. The card is shown as Active.

Cancelling a lost card
