If your Expend card has been lost or stolen, it can be locked to prevent it from being used for any transactions. You can lock a card in the mobile app or web app.
Locking a card
In the web app
Go to app.expend.io and sign in with your Expend account details.
Open the sidebar menu, go to CARDS & PAYMENTS, and click Expend Cards.
Go to the lost card and click the ⚙ (Card Security Settings) button on the right.
Set Enable card to OFF to lock the card.
Click Close, then check that the card is shown as Locked.
In the mobile app
Tap Cards.
Go to your Expend card.
Tap Lock Card and confirm.
Unlocking a card
If you locked your own card and it is safe to use again, follow the steps below. If you suspect fraud, the card was locked unexpectedly, or the lock cannot be removed, contact support through the in-app chat before trying to use it again.
In the web app
Go to app.expend.io and sign in with your Expend account details.
Open the sidebar menu, go to CARDS & PAYMENTS, and click Expend Cards.
Select the card you want to unlock and open Card Security Settings.
Set Enable card to ON to unlock the card.
Click Close, then check that the card is shown as Active. If it remains Locked, contact support through the in-app chat.
In the mobile app
Tap Cards.
Go to your Expend card.
Tap Unlock Card and confirm.
For Expend Visa cards, a lock applied using Admin Enable card can only be removed by an administrator. The cardholder cannot override it. See Card security for Administrators.

Cancelling a lost card
