If your Expend card has been lost, or you suspect that the card details are being used for illegitimate purchases, you can lock the card to prevent it from being used for any purchase transactions.
In the mobile app
Tap Cards at the bottom of the screen.
Go to the card and tap Lock Card.
In the web app
Go to app.expend.io and sign in with your Expend account details.
Open the sidebar menu, go to CARDS & PAYMENTS, and click Expend Cards.
Go to the lost card and click the ⚙ (Card Security Settings) button on the right.
Click the Enable card setting so that it slides to the OFF position.
Click Close. The card is shown as Locked.
