ℹ️ Please note: virtual Expend cards do not have a PIN.
You can retrieve the PIN for your Expend card in the mobile app after you’ve activated your card. To retrieve your PIN:
In the mobile app, go to Cards, select your Expend card, and tap Retrieve PIN.

You can change your PIN at any ATM, just like with any standard bank card.
Expend Visa card

You can change your PIN in the Expend web app. Afterwards, you need to finalise the PIN change via in-store Chip & PIN payment – please see the linked page for full details.
Retrieving your PIN
In the mobile app
Tap Cards.
Go to the Expend card for which you need the PIN.
Tap PIN & Password.
Select Reveal PIN.
In the web app
In the menu on the left, click Expend Cards.
Go to your Expend card and click Retrieve PIN.
Enter your 2FA verification code (click Request a new OTP code if necessary).
Click Retrieve PIN.
