What to do if you’ve forgotten your Expend account password

With all the many apps and services we use these days, it sometimes happens that you forget a password. If you need to sign in to Expend, but you forgot your password, you can reset it in a few easy steps.

In the Expend app:

  1. Ensure you are not logged in to the app (if necessary, tap More and then tap Sign Out).

  2. On the welcome screen, tap Log In.

  3. On the login screen, tap Forgotten your password.

  4. Enter your email address and tap Send Link.

  5. Follow the instructions that you receive by email.

On the Expend dashboard:

  1. Click Reset your password.

  2. Enter your email address and click Request Reset Link.

  3. Follow the instructions that you receive by email.

Please note that you must use the link you are emailed within 30 minutes, and you can use it only once. After that, it will no longer work and you should request a new link following the steps above.
