The item could not be synced because there is a problem with the synchronisation configuration for the integration with your accounting provider.
To check your configuration on the web app, go to Settings > Integrations and select your accounting provider, and then check if there are any warnings or fields that haven’t been completed. Also ensure that tax types are set up correctly: click Settings and then click Tax Types, and check for any warnings on the page.
