Your Expend profile comprises your name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. It's important to ensure that these details are correct and up to date, since they may be used to verify your identity when you get an Expend card and when you change your password.
Please note: You can only edit these details if no Expend card has been issued to you. Once you have an Expend card, these details can no longer be edited.
Updating your personal settings
In the web app, click Me and then click Profile.
Edit your name, date of birth, mobile number, and/or home address, and then click Save.
Inbox users
Open the sidebar menu on the left, go to MANAGE, click Me and select My Details.
Edit your name, date of birth, mobile number, and/or home address, and then click Save.
Changing your email address
If you need to change the email address that you use to log in to Expend, please contact our Customer Support team by clicking the chat button in the bottom right corner, or via the in-app chat on the mobile app.
