How to add and edit the vehicles you have access to so you can make mileage claims in Expend

Adding a vehicle

In the web app

  1. In the menu on the left, click Me and then click Vehicles.

  2. Click + Add Vehicle.

  3. Fill in all the required fields:

    • the vehicle type

    • whether it’s a company vehicle

    • the vehicle year, make, engine size and fuel type

    These details will be used to determine the mileage policy rate when you create a mileage claim.
    Tip: If you don’t know the engine size, fill in the model and variant; if it is in our database, the engine size will automatically be filled in for you.

  4. Fill in the optional fields to help you identify the vehicle when filling in a claim.

  5. Click Create.

Inbox users

  1. In the sidebar menu on the left, go to MANAGE, click Settings, and select Vehicles.

  2. Click + Add Vehicle.

  3. Fill in all the required fields:

    • the vehicle type

    • whether it’s a company vehicle

    • the vehicle year, make, engine size and fuel type

In the mobile app

  1. Tap More in the lower right corner and then tap Vehicles

  2. Tap the button.

  3. Fill in all the required fields:

    • the vehicle type

Editing a vehicle

In the web app

  1. In the menu on the left, click Me and then click Vehicles.

  2. Find the relevant vehicle and click Edit

  3. Make the necessary changes and click Update. (Or, to remove the vehicle, click Delete.)

Inbox users

  1. In the sidebar menu on the left, go to MANAGE, click Settings, and select Vehicles.

  2. Find the relevant vehicle and click Edit.

  3. Make the necessary changes and click Update. (Or, to remove the vehicle, click Delete.)

In the mobile app

  1. Tap More in the lower right corner and then tap Vehicles.

  2. Tap the vehicle you want to edit.

  3. Make the necessary changes and tap the button to save.
