When someone from your organisation invites you to join them in using Expend, you will receive an email that contains instructions and a 16-character invite code. You need this code to accept the invite. You can accept your invite in the Expend app or on the web app.
On the web app
If you don't have an Expend account
If you don't have an account yet, you first need to create one. Click the button in your invite email; this will open a page where you can provide the required details, create an account, and accept the invite – all in one go.

If you already have an Expend account
In the Expend web app, open the sidebar menu on the left, go to MANAGE, click Me, and select Accept Invite.
Copy the code from your invite email, paste it into the form, and click Accept Invite.
In the Expend mobile app
Log in to the Expend mobile app, tap the More button (in the lower right corner), and tap Invite Code. Copy the code from your invite email, paste it into the Invite code field, and tap Join Organisation.
